[摘要] 目的 研究婦产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围术期综合护理干预的效果。方法 择取2018年6月—2019年5月期间于该院收治的90例妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，将其随机划分为两组。改良组患者应用综合护理干预模式，普通组患者应用常规护理，比较两组患者护理效果。 结果 改良组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及总住院治疗时间均短于普通组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组患者接受护理后心理状况优于普通组患者，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期应用综合护理干预模式可促使患者康复质量得到有效提升，值得应用。
