[摘要] 目的 探究健康体检过程中对2型糖尿病血脂异常患者进行健康管理，分析其应用价值。 方法 课题共纳入118名健康体检人员为观察对象，拟病历采集时间为2018年2月—2019年8月，均为健康体检中检出的2型糖尿病血脂异常患者，予以患者进开展健康管理，为期6个月，对所有患者健康管理开展前后遵医行为、健康知识掌握情况、血糖、血脂相关指标进行比较。结果 健康管理开展后，患者遵医行为量化评估、健康知识掌握评分、血脂指标均显著异于健康管理开展前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 于2型糖尿病患者血脂异常患者中开展健康管理，可有效提高患者遵医行为，改善血糖、血脂相关指标，提高血糖控制效果，提升患者健康知识掌握度，减少并发症。
