笔式胰岛素压迫式模拟注射对皮脂压缩状态的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 通過模拟日常笔式胰岛素注射方法,观察压迫式注射时皮脂压缩度,并探讨其安全性。方法 该次以门诊2016年10月就诊的222例患者为对象,应用B超测量脐周A点和B点皮肤及皮下组织厚度,笔式胰岛素压迫式模拟注射时皮肤及皮下组织厚度,统计模拟注射A点和B点部位的非安全人员数。结果 两个试验点皮下组织厚度具有60%的平均压缩率,皮脂厚度有50%以上的压缩率。A、B两点皮下组织厚度的压缩绝对值、皮脂厚度和皮下组织厚度的压缩率具有统计学差异。B点皮肤薄,皮下组织厚,被压缩性更强。B点皮肤偏厚的人偏少。A点皮肤厚度大于3.5 mm有5人。加压以后皮脂厚度接近安全警戒线人明显增加,小于4.5 mm的人员占全体人数的10%。结论 皮脂厚度在压缩的情况下会变薄,注射的危险性会明显增大,需要进一步寻找既方便又安全的操作方法去解决。

    Study on the Compression State of Pen-like Insulin Compression Simulation Injection of Sebum

    [Abstract] Objective To simulate the daily pen insulin injection method, observe the compression of sebum during compression injection, and discuss its safety. Methods 222 people visited the clinic in October 2016 as the subjects B-ultrasound was used to measure the thickness of skin and subcutaneous tissue at points A and B of the umbilical cord. The thickness of skin and subcutaneous tissue was simulated by pen-type insulin compression. The number of non-safety personnel at points A and B of the simulated injection was counted. Results The thickness of subcutaneous tissue at both test points had an average compression rate of 60%, and the thickness of sebum had a compression rate of more than 50%. There were statistical differences between the absolute compression values of subcutaneous tissue thickness, sebum thickness and compression ratio of subcutaneous tissue thickness at two points A and B. At point B, the skin was thin, the subcutaneous tissue was thick, and it is more compressible. There were few people with thick skin at point B. There were 5 people at point A with a skin thickness greater than 3.5 mm. After pressurization, the thickness of sebum was close to that of the security warning informant, and the personnel less than 4.5mm account for 10% of the total number. Conclusion The thickness of sebum will become thinner under compression, and the risk of injection will increase significantly.
