[摘要] 目的 观察维格列汀联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 于2018年5月—2019年3月选取该院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者;将40例采用二甲双胍进行治疗的患者作为对照组;将40例采用维格列汀联合二甲双胍进行治疗的患者作为研究组;分析研究组与对照组患者治疗前后血糖水平与INS与GLP-1水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者在血糖水平、INS与GLP-1水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且治疗后，研究组患者在FPG、HbAlc、2 hPG、INS以及GLP-1水平中均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗的过程中，采用维格列汀联合二甲双胍进行治疗能够有效提高患者的治疗效果，改善患者的血糖水平。
