[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病高危人群的具体护理措施以及实施效果。方法 该文研究对象为该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的200例糖尿病高危人群，确诊后及时进行护理干预，分析比较干预前后患者收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖情况，了解患者血糖知识的掌握情况。结果 糖尿病高危人群在实行社区护理措施后，舒张压、收缩压、胆固醇、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖情况得到明显改善，前后差異有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 社区护理应用至糖尿病高危人群中具备十分显著的效果，可以帮助患者熟悉糖尿病情况，了解专业知识，改善生理指标，效果十分明显。
