[摘要] 目的 分析和研究糖尿病患者消化道溃疡的综合护理干预措施。方法 研究对象为2018年1月—2019年1月于該院接受治疗的82例糖尿病消化道溃疡患者，使用随机分组法将82例患者均分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。将常规护理方式应用于对照组患者，将综合性护理方式应用于观察组。将实施干预后两组患者的生活质量、护理服务满意度及血糖指标进行对比。结果 在生活质量方面，观察组分数明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理服务满意度方面，观察组也高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将综合护理干预应用于糖尿病消化道溃疡患者效果显著，可以有效提高患者的生活水平及患者的满意度。
