健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中的作用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中效果。方法 在该院患者中选取2018年10月—2019年9月共120例糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法將其对半分为对照组和实验组。比较患者护理后的血糖,比较患者焦虑(SAS)/抑郁(SDS)评分,比较两组患者的生活质量,比较患者对护理的满意度。 结果 实验组患者的护理后的血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.590,P=0.000);实验组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.140、46.000,P=0.000);实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.500、9.890、8.540、9.800,P=0.000);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.220,P=0.030)。 结论 健康教育临床护理路径可以有效降低患者血糖,提升患者的生活质量和满意度,降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有推广价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of health education clinical nursing pathway applied to diabetes clinical nursing. Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects in the hospital, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in half by computer random method. Compare the blood glucose of patients after nursing, compare the patients' anxiety (SAS) / depression (SDS) score, compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients, and compare the satisfaction of patients with nursing. Results The blood glucose of patients in the experimental group after care was lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant difference(t=4.590, P=0.000); the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=16.140, 46.000, P=0.000); the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, was statistically significant(t=13.500, 9.890, 8.540, 9.800, P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significantly difference(χ2=4.220, P=0.030) Conclusion The clinical nursing path of health education can effectively reduce patients' blood glucose, improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction, and reduce patients' anxiety and depression.

    糖尿病是由于人类机体本身的胰岛素分泌不足和胰岛素的异常抵抗使得人类机体血糖不足导致血糖升高引起的代谢性疾病[1]。多发于中老年,鲜见于儿童和青少年,而由于糖尿病人数的增加,其中患者后代就有一定几率遗传糖尿病,全球的儿童中有0.02%患有糖尿病,可见糖尿病已经辐射到各个年龄段,对糖尿病的治疗控制刻不容缓[2]。糖尿病在发作时可引起酮中毒,导致患者昏迷甚至死亡。而西医在治疗糖尿病方面暂时还没有立竿见影的药物可以治愈,只能通过长期的治疗护理控制病情[3]。有研究指出采用健康教育临床护理路径对患者进行护理干预可以有效的提升护理效果,降低患者血糖[4]。该文在该院患者中选取2018年10月—2019年9月共120例糖尿病患者作为此次研究对象,分析健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中应用的临床效果,报道如下。, 百拇医药(张燕 王敏)
