[摘要] 目的 探究脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者围手术期护理对预后恢复的影响。方法 选取80例2016年3月—2019年3月在该院进行治疗的脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者为研究对象，40例常规组患者进行常规护理，40例综合组患者进行综合护理。观察两组患者的治疗效果、血糖指标变化以及围术期情况。结果 研究结果显示，综合组患者治疗效果明显好于常规组;综合组患者护理后空腹血糖、术中血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显优于常规组，围术期状况也明显好于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者围手术期进行良好的护理可以改善治疗效果，控制血糖水平，减少并发症的发生。
