[摘要] 目的 探究糖尿病、卵巢囊肿合并发生患者中使用针对性护理的临床效果。方法 2018年7月—2019年9月间收治数例糖尿病合并卵巢囊肿患者，选取自愿参与研究者94例，均分两组，每组47例，分别实施常规护理与针对性护理，比较护理效果。结果 入院两组FPG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，术前、术后观察组FPG水平更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较之护理前，护理后两组SAS、SDS、VAS评分均下降，护理后观察组评分更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为4.26%，对照组为21.28%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病并卵巢囊肿患者中实施针对性护理，能快速降低血糖水平，消除患者疼痛及不良情绪。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of targeted care in patients with diabetes and ovarian cysts.
