[摘要] 目的 比较尼龙丝牙刷和磨尖丝牙刷的菌斑清除效果。方法 选择同一厂家生产、规格相同的尼龙丝牙刷和磨尖丝牙刷进行比较。选取符合标准的28名口腔专业学生作为研究对象，随机分为2组，由实验人员分别用尼龙丝牙刷和磨尖丝牙刷对其进行刷牙试验，并在刷牙前后记录菌斑指数。结果 在不同的牙面分区，尼龙丝牙刷的菌斑清除率均高于磨尖丝牙刷，二者差异有显著性(F=4.75～34.42，P<0.05)。结论 同一厂家生产的相同规格的尼龙丝和磨尖丝牙刷相比较，尼龙丝牙刷的菌斑清除效果明显优于磨尖丝牙刷。
