[摘要] 自发性脊髓硬膜外血肿是一种十分罕见的疾病，如果不及时医治，可导致永久性的神经损害，甚至威胁病人的生命。而此病發生于妊娠期更为罕见。本文报告1例妊娠24周自发性脊髓硬膜外血肿的病人，并结合文献进行分析。
