【摘 要】 探讨PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的相关防护因素,为避免和减少机械性静脉炎的发生提供借鉴。肿瘤患者PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的防护重点在于尽早发现,熟悉其诱发因素,及时进行护理干预和对症处理,最大限度地减少或减轻不良反应的发生,使患者顺利完成化疗,提高生活质量。

    【Abstract】 PICC catheter phlebitis after the mechanical factors related to protection, in order to avoid mechanical and reduce the incidence of phlebitis for reference. Tumors of patients with PICC catheter phlebitis after mechanical protection with emphasis on early detection, with its induced factors, timely nursing intervention and symptomatic treatment, to minimize or mitigate the occurrence of adverse reactions to the successful completion of chemotherapy patients, improve the quality of life.
