加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病45例临床观察(1)

     【摘 要】 目的: 加味补阳还五汤对临床糖尿病肾病的疗效,探讨其作用机制和临床适应症。方法:将45例患者随机分为加味补阳还五汤组及不用加味补阳还五汤的对照组。观察24小时尿蛋白量、血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、肾功能、24小时尿量、糖化血红蛋白及不良反应等指标变化。结果:对照组及治疗组均有效P<0.05,治疗组更明显P<0.01,治疗组与对照组相比较,治疗组有明显差异P<0.01。结论:加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病更有优势。

    【Abstract】 Objective:Modified Chinese medicine soup(Buyanghuanwu Soup) of clinical diabetic nephropathy to explore its mechanism and clinical indications.Methods:45 patients were randomly divided into two flavored Chinese medicine soup(Buyanghuanwu Soup) group and not flavored Chinese medicine soup(Buyanghuanwu Soup) control group. Observation of 24-hour urine protein excretion, serum albumin, cholesterol, triglycerides, renal function, 24-hour urine, glycosylated hemoglobin, and changes in such indicators as adverse reactions.Results:In control group and treatment group are valid for (P<0.05), treatment group was more pronounced (P<0.01), treatment group compared with the control group, treatment group, significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified BYHWD treatment of diabetic nephropathy advantage. ......
