【摘 要】 目的:观察应用血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法:根据1985年第三届眼底病会议确定的诊断标准选取病人并分期采用血栓通注射液肌肉注射或静脉滴注。观察3个疗程,对治疗前后的视力、眼底进行比较。结果:观察28眼,显效7眼,占25.00%;有效17眼,占60.17%;无效4眼,占14.29%。总有效率85.71%。结论:血栓通注射液具有促进视网膜出血、渗出物及玻璃体积血的吸收,改善视网膜病变状态,提高视力的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the curative effect of treating Diabetic retinopathy by Xueshuantong Injection.Method:Selecting the patients according to the diagnosis crieriopn prescribed on the 3rd Eyegroular injection or intravenous injection.After observing three courses,there is acomparison between the visual ocuity and eyeground before treatment and after that.Results:Seven eyes proved remarkably effective,accounting for 25 percent of all,and seventeen eyes proved effective,accounting for 60.71percent of all,only four eyes proved effectless,accounting for 14.29 percent of all.the total effective rates have been up to 85.71percent.Conclusion:Xueshuantong Injection has the function of conrtibuteing the retina hemorrhage exudation and vitreous hemorrhage to be assimilated,and improving retina pathological changes,and improving visual ocuity. ......
