小梁切除术联合低浓度丝裂霉素C治疗青光眼的疗效观察
【摘 要】 目的 观察小梁切除术联合低浓度丝裂霉素C治疗青光眼的疗效。方法 回顾我院临床诊断为青光眼并已进行小梁切除术的患者40例(45只眼)，术中均行巩膜瓣、结膜瓣下低浓度丝裂霉素C处理，术后观察滤过泡及眼压。结果 40例(45只眼)中有2例(3只眼)术后2年眼压高于正常，视野继续缩小，滤过泡局限包裹；其余的滤过泡扁平弥散，眼压正常，视野稳定。结论 小梁切除联合低浓度丝裂霉素C治疗青光眼是一种较为理想的方法。【关键词】 青光眼； 小梁切除； 低浓度丝裂霉素C

【Abstract】 Objective [WT]To observe the effects of trabeculectomy combine with low density mitomycin to treat glaucomaMethods [WT] 40 cases (45 eyes) which were diagnosed and operated in my hospital were analysed retrospectively all cases were treated with low density mitomycin under the scleral flap and conjunctival flap during operation , then observed the filtration bubble and IOPResults[WT]2 cases (3 eyes) in 40 cases (45 eyes ) had high IOPs with reducing visual fields and localizing wrapped filtration bubbles; the rest cases had naomal IOPs , stable visual fields and flat dispersal filtration bubblesConclusion[WT] Trabeculectomy combine with low density mitomycin C is a rather perfect method to treat glaucoma ......
