【摘 要】 目的评价经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效及常见并发症的防治。方法 对480例施行经尿道前列腺电切术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术中前列腺包膜穿孔2例，电切综合症(TURS) 5例。术后患者IPSS评分较术前显著降低(P=0.032)，平均残余尿量较术前显著减少(P=0.002)，最大尿流率较术前显著增加(P=0.013)。术后并发暂时性尿失禁12例，排尿困难14例，尿道狭窄6例。结论 TURP是一种疗效确切，并发症少，安全性高的手术方法。

    Transurethral Resection of Prostate for Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (Report of 480 Cases )

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Transurethral Resection of Prostate(TURP) for treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 480 patients who were affected by (BPH) and treated with TURP between May 2000 and May 2006. Results There were 2 patients developed perforation of prostatic capsule and 5 developped TUR syndrome intraoperation. The IPSS Score and the average post-void residual volume decreased significantly after TURP(P=0.032 and P=0.002 respectively). The maximal flow rate increased significantly after TURP(P=0.013).Incontinence, urinary retention and urethral stricture happened in 12, 14 and 6 patients after surgery.Conclusion TURP is effective and safe for the treatment of BPH with a lower possibility of complication. ......
