【摘 要】 目的观察异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法80例慢性乙型肝炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例，应用异甘草酸镁注射液100mg，加入10%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉点滴，疗程30d。对照组40例，应用甘草酸二铵注射液150mg，加入10%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉点滴，疗程30d。结果治疗组患者症状、体征的恢复以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血清胆红素(SB)的恢复速度治疗组明显优于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎在改善临床症状和肝功能指标方面优于甘草酸二铵。

    Clinical research between Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Treated group included 40 patients, were treated with 100 mg Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate added into 250 ml 10% glucose injection liquid. Control group included 40 patients, were treated with 150 mg Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate added into 250 ml 10% glucose injection liquid. Results The level of ALT/AST and SB dropped more rapidly than that in contrast group, and there were significant difference in symptoms recover between treated group and control group (Ρ<0.05). Conclusions Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can better improve hepatitis sufferers' symptom and liver functions than Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the group of chronic hepatitis B. ......
