甲状腺癌患者围手术期的呼吸道护理(1)

     【摘要】目的探讨甲状腺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理的方法。方法在甲状腺癌患者围手术期护理的基础上，对72例甲状腺癌患者加强术前、术后有效的呼吸道管理。结果72例患者中，l例发生创口出血，l例发生乳糜瘘，l例发生气胸，2例发生气管痉挛，均经及时治疗与护理后痊愈.67例术后顺利恢复。结论加强围手术期呼吸道管理，可有效的预防和减少术后并发症的发生.提高手术成功率及促进患者早日康复的重要措施。
