【摘 要】总结了179例老年住院患者肠镜围检查期所出现的不良事件。为保证老年患者的安全和检查的顺利进行,应注重肠镜检查三个阶段的护理，相应的护理要点为术前的健康教育、术中监护，术后并发症的观察。针对老年人的特殊性，建议肠道清洁的时间改在日间进行以减少不良事件的发生和保障患者的安全。

    【Abstract】 Adverse effects and nursing interventions of 179 old in-patients around endoscopy were summarized. Three stages of nursing should be emphasized for the safety of old patients and successful performation of endoscopy, including health education before endoscopy, wardship during endoscopy and observation of complication after endoscopy. It was suggested that intestinal preparation should be performed in daytime for old patients in order to reduce the occurence of adverse effects and ensure safety of old patients based on the particularity of old patients.
