[摘要]目的探讨不典型外围型肺癌的CT表现。方法回顾性分析12例不典型外围型肺癌的CT图像，全部病例均行常规CT平扫与增强扫描，病灶处5mm薄扫。结果6例(50%)呈片状渗出影，另外6例(50%)为结节状。另外，病灶边缘、内部结构、增强表现、胸膜改变及邻近肺野改变等方面均缺乏特征性。结论CT平扫与增强扫描对本病难以作出正确的诊断，短期内复查或穿刺活检、手术治疗是必要的。

    [Abstract] Objective： To evaluation the CT findings of atypical peripheral lung cancer. Methods： To perform the retrospective analysis in 12 cases of atypical peripheral lung cancer with CT images. All the cases had taken the CT plain scanning and the enhanced scanning .In the area of anomaly,thethin slice of 5mm was taken.Resuits： Ameng the 12 cases,6cases (50℅) were patchy shadow and 6cases(50℅) were sditany nodle. Besides.tumor margin.inside structure.enhanced finding.pleural changing.and smurding hung fields appearance were laik of characteristic image.Condusion：CT plain scanning and enhanced scanning are dificaut to diagnese atypical peripheral lung cancer.taking the callbacle Ctscanning in a shoil tune or performing the collalar examination of lung or the pneumonectomy are necessary. ......
