[摘要]目的观察电针百会、神庭穴对精神分裂症患者记忆的影响。方法51例精神分裂症住院患者分别进入电针组(n=25)和对照组(n=26)，电针组进行电针百会、神庭穴的治疗，治疗4周后分析2组阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、韦氏记忆测验(WMS)的评分变化。结果电针组与对照组间的PANSS评分、减分率无显著差异；电针组WMS记忆商增加值(16.00±13.62)显著高于对照组(-1.38±11.58)(t=4.918，P<0.01)。结论电针百会、神庭穴可以显著改善精神分裂症患者的记忆。

    Effects of electroacupuncture at Baihui and Shenting on Memory Quotient of patients with schizophrenia

    [Abstract]AIM To study the efficacy of electroacupuncture at baihui(DU20) and shenting(DU24) on Memory Quotient of patients with schizophrenia.Methods51 inpitients with schizophrenia were divided into electroacupuncture group (n=25) and control group (n=26). Electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at DU20 and DU24.
