[摘要]目的探讨疏血通治疗缺血性脑疾病所致眩晕症状临床疗效。方法符合缺血性脑疾病所致的眩晕者189例，随机分为对照组91例，用复方丹参(络泰)注射液加神经细胞活化剂和扩血管药物静脉滴注，并口服抗血小板药物。治疗组98例用疏血通4～6ml5%葡萄糖250～500ml(或0.9%氯化钠)液中静脉滴注每日一次，10天为一疗程，其它药物同对照组。观察治疗前后病人临床症状、血脂和血流变学各项指标参数的比较。结果治疗组临床症状改善高于对照组，血脂、血流变学治疗后与治疗前比较，多项指标有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通能降低血脂，改变血液流变学指标参数，扩张微血管，是治疗缺血性脑疾病所致眩晕的有效药物。

    TO OBSERVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SHUXUETONG THE TREATMENT IN 98 PATIENTS WTTH VERTIGO

    [Abstract Objective]： To probe into the therapeutic effectiveness of Shuxuetong in the treatment of patients with vertigo caused by ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods：189 patients with vertigo caused by ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randonmly divided into 2groups,the control group(n=91)and treatement group(n=98).patients of the control group were given compound dan-shen root \neurocyte activator and the drug of expanding blood vessel by IV instillation .And also antithrombocyte were given by taking orally. Patients of the treatment group were given 4~6ml of shuxuetong in 250~500ml of 5%Gs (or0.9% sodium chloride solution administered by IV indtillation q.d .The course of treatment lasted 10 days. The treatment of others was similar to the control group .The clinical symptom and lipemia and hemorheology were noted down before and after treatment .Result： The amelioration of clinical symptom in patients of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. A lots marker of lipemia and hemorhelolgy were differents before and after treatment . It has significance in statistics (P<0.05) ......
