[摘要]目的改进珍菊降压片的生产工艺，保证药品质量。方法盐酸可乐定用乙醇溶解后与氢氯噻嗪、珍珠层粉混匀，干燥粉碎后再与野菊花膏粉、芦丁混合均匀，制成颗粒。结果制得合格的珍菊降压片，盐酸可乐定含量均匀度 。结论经改进的生产工艺易于工业化生产，制得的珍菊降压片含量均匀度好。

    [Abstract：Objective]To improve the manufacture technology of Zhenju Jiangya Tablet,and ensure the quality of the drug.Method： Dissolve the clonidine hydrochloride by ethanol,and then misce bene it with Hydrochlorothiazide and nacreous layer,after drying and shattering, misce bene it with wild chrysanthemum mastic powd and rutin,at last make it to be granula.Result： We have obtained valid content uniformity of Zhenju Jiangya Tablet and Clonidine hydrochloride is A+1.8S<15.0s.Conclusion：The modified manufacture technology can fit industrial production, the content uniformity of the Zhenju Jiangya Tablet is fineness. ......
