[摘 要] 目的 探讨血液病患者医院感染的易感因素和护理措施。方法 回顾性分析我院98例血液病患者医院感染的因素及护理措施的诊治情况。结果 感染率为22.2%，病死率为3.2%，占死亡总数的60.9%，患者多死于血液感染或多部位感染所致的感染性休克。结论 血液病医院感染率和死亡里均高，与多因素有关，主要是原发病造成机体免役力低下，预防针对多因素，采取以保护免役力和合理应用抗生素为主的综合性防治措施。
