[摘 要] 通过吴鞠通《温病条辨》对热病针刺的认识分析，阐述了《温病条辨》在《内经》、《金匱要略》的基础上丰富了对热病针刺的一些认识，认为“益阴以留阳，实刺法之所短”，“刺法能泄能通，开热邪之闭塞最速”，对“热入血室”刺期门“针力比药力尤捷”，这和他所制定三焦温病治疗原则，治疗温病注重养阴的学术观点是一致的。
