[摘要]目的 探讨口腔卫生宣教对固定正畸儿童的牙周健康的影响。方法随机选取接受正畸初诊儿童38名。平均分为两组,实验组每次复诊进行牙周宣教，对照组只在初诊时进行口腔牙周宣教，检查其初诊、矫治1个月、矫治6个月的牙周指数，并对数据进行统计分析。结果实验组与对照组的在配带矫治器1个月后牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)均有所上升，但无显著性差异;两组患儿在矫治3个月、6个月PLI、GI有显著性差异P<0.01。结论对于儿童正畸患者必须进行口腔卫生宣教，加强是日常菌斑控制以维护其口腔健康。

    Effect of oral hygiene instruction on the clinical indexes of fixed orthodontic children

    [Abstyact] AimTo study the effect of oral hygiene instruction on the clinical indexes of fixed orthodontic children.Methods38children were devieded into two groups .Group A accepted oral hygiene instruction when return visited monthly.Group B accepted no special treatment except at the 1st month. The clinical indexes were examined at the 1st、3rd and 、6th month after the treatment.and all results were analyzed statistically.Resultthe Plaque index(PLI).Gindival index(GI) were increased but there were no satistically significance (p>0.05)at the 1st month between the two groups .With the observational time prolonged, the PLI、GI were satistically significance p<0.01 between the two groups . ConclusionIt’s necessarily for the orthodontics children to keep the oral hygiene instructions and plaque controlling daily to keep the health of perodontal tissue. ......
