    【摘要】目的：检验无神经支配的前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部组织缺损后的感觉功能恢复情况。方法：测试10例采用前臂桡侧或尺侧游离皮瓣分别修复口底、舌、口咽部、颊部和颏部皮肤缺损后6～36个月皮瓣表面冷热感觉、痛觉及触觉。结果：皮瓣感觉恢复次序为热、冷、痛、触觉。面部皮肤缺损修复皮瓣感觉恢复较口腔内组织缺损修复皮瓣好。结论：从功能性修复方面，无神经支配的前臂游离皮瓣不适宜用于大面积的口腔及咽部软组织缺损修复，较适用于面部软组织缺损修复。
