    【摘要】肌肉骨骼系统肿瘤的外科分期系统是由Enneking在1980 年提出，近二十余年来，此系统在肌肉骨骼系统肿瘤方面的治疗有很大的意义。我院自1994年至2006年收治恶性骨肿瘤15例患者，分析其中手术治疗方法，基本符合此分期系统与手术的关系，故本文加以论述。
