    【摘要】本文通过总结分析近年来日照市人民医院在构建和谐医患关系方面所作的探索实践，提出了构建和谐医患关系应该从五个方面做起：端正医疗服务宗旨，惠民利民做文章；加强荣辱观教育，规范医药购销行为；努力提高医疗水平、确保医疗质量；大力开展新技术满足患者服务新需求；开展“构建和谐医患关系月”专题活动，优质服务下功夫。
