    【摘要】目的：分析重型颅脑损伤气管切开术后护理特点。方法：将我科2000年1月~2005年12月收治130例重型颅脑损伤患者当中42例行气管切开，分别对非感染性病例和感染性病例，气管切开者，采取不同护理措施。结果：26例非感染性病例，6例死亡，其中：脑疝3例，2例多脏器功能衰竭，1例肺部感染。16例感染性病例，10例死亡：其中：脑疝4例，3例多脏器功能衰竭，2例多脏器功能衰竭，1例MRDS。结论：对非感染性病例与感染性病例分别采取不同护理措施。可明显降低死亡率，提高治愈率，减少致残率，降低病人费用。
