    【摘要】目的：探讨婴幼儿疾病死亡主要原因。方法：整理本文1989~2005年46例婴幼儿尸体解剖材料，并结合其病理改和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：由呼吸系统疾病引起死亡的有31例，占67.4%；消化系统疾病引起死亡的有8例，占17.4%；其他7例占15.2%。结论：呼吸系统疾病是婴幼儿死亡的主要原因。
