    【摘要】目的：探讨补肾活血为主治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法：病人随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组，其中治疗组观察100例，对照组观察30例。中药治疗组用补肾活血汤，辨证加味治疗，对照组采用局部及全身治疗。结果：经过1～2疗程的治疗后，治疗组100例中治愈33例，好转63例，无效4例，总有效率为96%。对照组30例中治愈2例，好转21例，无效7例，总有效率76.7%。结论：此法可以缩短溃疡愈合时间，延长发病周期，降低复发率。

    【Abstract】Objective:The discussion invigorates the kidney invigorates the blood primarily to treat recurs the natural Arab League not his ulcer clinical curative effect. Method: The patient stochastically divides into the Chinese native medicine treatment group and the western medicine comparison group, treatment group observes 100 examples, the comparison group observes 30 examples. The Chinese native medicine treatment group with invigorates the kidney invigorates the blood the soup, the dialectical Canadian taste treatment, the comparison group uses partial and the whole body treatment. Finally: After the 1～2 treatment course treatment, in the treatment group 100 examples cures 33 examples, changes for the better 63 examples, the invalid 4 examples, the total effectiveness is 96%. In the comparison group 30 examples cures 2 examples, changes for the better 21 examples, invalid 7 examples, total effectiveness 76.7%. Conclusion:This law may reduce the ulcer to heal the time, lengthens arises the cycle, reduces recurring rate. ......
