【摘要】目的：探索麻醉药品使用的合理性。方法：对比医疗机构使用麻醉药品新旧规定，并结合我院门诊麻醉药品使用量在新规定出台前后一年的变化。结果：新规定比旧规定严格，门诊麻醉药品使用量大幅下降。结论：在坚持新规定精神，不产生流弊的前提下，可灵活一些，比如肾绞痛急诊病人；通过开设疼痛专科，方便患者。

【Abstract】Objective: Exploration narcotic use rationality.
