    【摘要】对于肾脏损伤的患者，要严密观察病情，分析肾脏损伤的病理分型，根据肾脏损伤的诊断作出相应的非手术或手术治疗，非手术治疗：先行积极抗休克，应用广谱抗生素预防和控制感染，有肉眼血尿者要使用止血药物，血尿的程度，绝对卧床休息，密切观察患者生命体征变化。手术治疗根据不同的受伤类型和损伤程度选择合适的手术治疗方案，最大限度地保留肾组织。
