参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗心律失常

【摘要】目的：探讨参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗不同病因室性早搏的临床疗效。方法：对63例心律失常(室性早搏)患者为研究对象，并随机分为治疗组和对照组，各为32例和31例，对照组给予倍他乐克口服，治疗组在对照组基础上加用参松养心胶囊口服，3周后再次评定，给药前停用其他抗心律失常药物5个血浆半衰期。结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论：参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗室性早搏疗效显著，临床症状改善明显。
