    【摘要】目的：预防和减少剖宫产近并发症。方法：对76例剖宫产者的近期并发症进行回

    顾性分析。结果：76例中，出现的产后并发症以产后出血为主，包括产褥感染、羊水栓塞、下肢血栓性静脉炎、肠麻痹和梗阻、腹部切口脂肪液化、麻醉引起腰丛神经损伤、晚期产后出血。经过保守治疗和有针对性的手术，均治愈。结论：提高手术者技术水平，严格掌握剖宫产的指征，选择好手术时机，加强术后护理。

    【Abstract】Objective:The prevention and the reduction splits the palace to produce the near illness complication. And has the pointed surgery after the conservative treatment, cures. Conclusion: Raises the surgery technical level, strictly grasps splits the palace to produce refers drafts, chooses the good surgery opportunity, after strengthens the technique to nurse. ......
