    【摘要】纵隔子宫为临床上常见一种子宫畸形，分完全纵隔子宫和不全纵隔子宫。此例病人，由于对纵隔子宫认识不足，将不全纵隔子宫妊娠不全流产，误诊为肌壁间妊娠，行次全子宫切除术，所幸该妇已有2个小孩，无生育要求。故积极检查明确诊断对治疗方案的制定至关重要。

Therefore positively inspects is clear about the diagnosis to treat the plan the formulation to be very important.
