    【摘要】目的：探讨胆囊炎症在72小时内选择手术的时机，及时清除病灶，终止炎症，防止可能继发的急性梗阻性胆管炎、胆源性胰腺炎、胆源性肝脓肿，胆囊坏疽穿孔引起的弥漫性腹膜炎。回顾分析我院2002年3月~2006年12月期间，34例急诊胆囊切除治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床资料。结果：全组患者无死亡及胆管炎、胆源性胰腺炎的发生，无一例切口感染发生，一例有胆漏发生(2.9%)。平均住院天数10天，均痊愈出院。因此有选择性的急诊胆囊切除是可行的，尤其适合在基层医院推广。
