直肠癌前切除术后吻合口瘘的防治体会
【中图分类号】R735【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2007)09-0105-02【摘要】直肠Ca是一种觉见的恶性肿瘤，传统上对距肛门7~8厘米的直肠Ca病人行直肠癌前切除术，即Dixon手术。随着对直肠癌Ca研究的深入，肿瘤安全切缘2cm的观念的普及，手术方式的改进以及现代医疗设备的应用，使原来只能改道的病人有了保肛的可能。但吻合口瘘是该术式最常见的一种并发症。降低吻合口瘘的发生率和提高其治愈率是临床工作的重点。
