    【摘要】近年药理研究表明，清热解毒药在体外的抑菌、杀菌、中和细菌毒素和抗病毒作用的有效浓度是体内难以达到的，其治疗作用是抗感染、抗炎、解毒、促进机体免疫功能的共同结果。早期肝硬化患者为急性肺炎的易感人群之一，因此临床选择具有清热、解毒、化痰多种药效为一体而对肝脏没有损害或基本没有损害的药物具有十分重要的意义。为此，我科采用痰热清注射液治疗早期肝硬化合并急性肺炎，我科自2003年6月～2005年6月共收治65例早期肝硬化合并急性肺炎患者，并设对照组加以比较，由此探讨痰热清的疗效及对肝脏的影响。疗效显著，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】The recent years pharmacology research indicated that,alleviates fever alexipharmic in vitro bacteriostasis,the sterilization,center and the bacteriotoxin and the anti-viral function effective concentration is in vivo achieves with difficulty,its treatment function is the anti-infection,the anti-inflammation,the disintoxicating,the promotion organism immunity function common result.Early liver cirrhosis patient one of for acute pneumonia easy feeling crowds,therefore the clinical choice has alleviates fever,the disintoxicating,the phlegm reduction many kinds of drug efficacies is a body but has not had the extremely vital significance to the liver harm or the basic harm medicine.Therefore,my branch uses the phlegm hot clear inoculation fluid treatment early time liver cirrhosis merge acute pneumonia,my branch~in June,2005 altogether admits 65 examples early times liver cirrhosis merge acute pneumonia patient from June,2003,and supposes the comparison group to perform the comparison,from this discussion phlegm hot clear curative effect and to liver influence.The curative effect is remarkable,is worth promoting the application. ......
