    【摘要】肛门直肠周围脓肿系肛腺感染后炎症向直肠周围间隙组织蔓延而发生的化脓性疾病，此病好发于青壮年，特点是破溃或切开引流后常不能自愈而形成肛瘘，需做第二次手术。作者对肛周脓肿采用一次性手术根治，从而大大缩短了疗程，减轻了病人的痛苦。

    【Abstract】Around the anus rectum the abscess is the anus gland infects the inflammation fester the disease which the gap organization spread occurs to the rectum around,this gets sick sends to the young adults, after the characteristic is broken or the incision drainage often cannot form the anus fistula,must undergo the second surgery.The author uses the disposable surgery to crissum the abscess to permanently cure,thus greatly reduced the treatment course,reduced patient’s pain.
