    【摘要】肺心病心衰蛋白质-能量营养不良的发生率大约占本类病人的10%～30%，晚期患者可达50%以上。心衰后内脏淤血缺氧，肠黏膜水肿及消化吸收功能降低，使营养物质吸收减少，肝脏淤血肿大，肝细胞受损，使蛋白质合成下降。慢性肺原性心脏病的患者，病史长，在病程中反复出现心力衰竭。对肺心病心力衰竭激活神经内分泌系统早已有所认识，但对于神经内分泌因素对心室重塑的分子细胞学基础的影响还是近年来研究的成果。
