    【摘要】祖国医学认为慢性盆腔炎，主要是气滞血瘀，湿热壅滞，胞脉受阻，临床表现为下腹部疼痛胀满为主，痛胀为气血运行不畅，古非通无以疏气血，非通不能入胞脉，所以用行气祛瘀，通络定痛，消利湿热之法。内服外贴并用神灯照射，使其经脉气血通畅，新陈代谢加快，促进病理产物吸收，达到气血化瘀，消炎止痛，清利湿毒之邪，清除炎性包块之目的。
