    【摘要】重症监护室(ICU)是抢救急、危重病人的重要场所，为提高病人的抢救成功率，必须加强建设与科学管理要做到：①建立科学的布局和合理的工作程序；②建立绿色生命通道；③加强仪器设备的管理以及更新换代；④组织业务培训；⑤加强思想品德及职业道德教育；⑥建立各项规章制度；⑦程序化管理。

    【Abstract】The heavy sickness guardianship room(ICU)anxiously rescues,the seriously injured patient’s important place,for enhances patient’s rescue success ratio,must strengthen the construction and the scientific management must achieve: ①Establishment science layout and reasonable working routine;②Establishment green life channel;③Strengthens the instrumentation equipment the management as well as the renewal;④Organization service training;⑤Strengthens the thought personal character and the occupational ethics education;⑥Establishes each rules and regulations;⑦The sequencing manages.
