    【摘要】目的：了解抗肿瘤药物的应用情况及其发展趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：对武汉同济医院2003～2006年抗肿瘤药物的用药金额、药理分类、用药排序等情况进行统计分析。结果：4年间抗肿瘤药物用药金额年增长率为17.39%、21.40%、22.73%，抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物的消耗金额占抗肿瘤药品的36.85～39.71%，紫杉醇用药金额最大。结论：该院目前抗肿瘤药物的用药现状和趋向基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势，抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、辅助治疗药、其他抗肿瘤药、抗肿瘤抗生素和抗代谢药是该院目前肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。

    Analysis of antieoplastic drugs used in the Tongji hospital during the period 2003～2004 Lin Minxia

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the current situation and calculate developing trend of antineoplastic drugs used in Tongji Hospital,in order to provide references for the rational use of drugs in clinical application.Methods:The data of drugs used for antineoplastic in wuhan Tongji Hospital during 2003～2006 were analyzed and compared in respect to the total expenses,pharmacological classification and ranking of costs.Result:The costs of antineoplastic drugs incremental rate was 17.39%、21.40%、22.73% during the past 4 years.36.85～39.71% of sum of money of antineoplastic drugs was antineoplastic plant drugs and it’s ramification.Paclitaxel occupied the first place in the list of sum of money.Conclusion:Antineoplastic plant drugs and it’s ramification,assistant drugs,the other antineoplastic,antineoplastic antibiotics and antimetabolite drugs are the main ones used for tumor treatment in our hospital. ......
