探讨经腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床效果
【中图分类号】R713.8【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0038-02【摘要】目的：评价腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月～2007年11月在我院经腹腔镜治疗的异位妊娠患者45例。结果：25例行输卵管切除术；16例行输卵管保守性手术，其中3例行输卵管吸引取胚术，5例行输卵管开窗术，8例行输卵管切开取胚缝合术；3例行宫角切除术；1例行部分卵巢切除术。手术时间30分钟～1小时45分钟，腹腔出血量30～2000ml，住院时间3～5天。结论：异位妊娠行腹腔镜手术治疗，是当今异位妊娠手术治疗最佳方法。
