    【摘要】目的：研究鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的可行性。方法：对63例鼻骨骨折患者行鼻内镜检查，内镜下行鼻骨塌陷处的局部浸润麻醉，筛前神经、滑车下神经、蝶腭神经、眶下神经浸润阻滞麻醉，鼻骨复位。结果：鼻内镜下63例均可观察到鼻骨塌陷移位，8例伴有鼻中隔骨折，5例伴有上颌骨额突骨折，局部麻醉效果好， 内镜下准确复位并同时处理伴发骨折， 精确复位。结论：鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术具有麻醉效果好、准确复位、鼻腔损伤小、恢复鼻腔解剖生理功能等优点，可作为常规治疗方法。
