    【摘要】目的：探讨前臂旋转石膏托外固定治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折脱位的临床应用效果。方法：自2001年3月～2007年1月对56例第一掌骨基底部骨折脱位采用闭合复位前臂旋转石膏托外固定的方法进行治疗。结果：56例病人经5个月～6年的随访，骨折全部愈合，关节功能良好。结论：应用闭合复位前臂旋转石膏托外固定治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折脱位为一种有效的治疗方法，临床效果良好。
