    【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0065-02【摘要】目的：探讨皮肤软组织缺损的治疗方法及临床效果。方法：运用显微外科技术进行带蒂皮瓣游离移植修复软组织缺损18例，其中带血管蒂阔筋膜张肌皮瓣移植1例，背阔肌皮瓣游离移植6例，带血管蒂腓肠肌皮瓣4例，小腿外侧皮瓣3例，足背皮瓣游离移植4例。结果：18例皮瓣移植均全部成活。随访6～8个月，皮瓣血循环好，外形及功能满意。结论：运用显微外科技术进行带蒂皮瓣游离移植修复软组织缺损，由于直接吻合血管及神经，使组织营养丰富，质地优良，外形及功能恢复良好。
