    【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0066-01【摘要】目的：总结采用跟部外侧“L”型入路手术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：采用跟部外侧“L”型入路手术治疗跟骨骨折10例。结果：经过随访，术后效果满意。结论：采用外侧入路经过植骨块或其下方固定于载距突骨块用螺钉、克氏针或解剖钢板固定，能达到复位好、固定牢的目的。
